We travel to 3 different winery tasting rooms on the tour. You will sample over 12 different premier wines. Enjoy a delicious Italian meal paired with superb wines.
Our tours are small intimate groups of 5 to 14 guests. Larger corporate bus tours are also available. Increase your vino knowledge in an in-depth class on wine tasting and grape growing regions of the world at one of the tasting rooms.
A professional tour guide will guide you through the history of the Texas wine industry and useful tid-bits. Tour also includes a short tour of historic Grapevine. Comes with a commemorative wine tote bag. Enjoy a memorable experience you and your guests will not forget!

Where is the pick up area?
The pick up location is the Embassy Suites Grapevine located at 2401 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine 76051. When entering the hotel drive park on the left hand side of the main hotel entrence. Pick up is at the Ballroom entrance left of the main entrance. There are restrooms and couches inside where you can wait for the guide. Parking is free, though signs warn of paying for the parking and towing. However, this does not apply to tour guests or day parking. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour. Pick up is also available at the Grapevine Hilton and Gaylord Hotel.
How long is the tour?
Approximately 5 hours.
What is the group size?
Tours are 5 to 14 guests. Additional vans can be provided for larger groups. Buses are also available for larger corporate events.
Does the tour include tasting fees?
Yes. All flights are provided by the tour.
Is a meal provided?
Yes. A delicious Italian meal paired with superb wines is included.
Is Gratuity required?
Gratuity for the meal and flights is provided by the tour. Additional individual glasses or bottles are paid by guests. Please include a customary 15-20% tip on these purchases. Our tour guides work for tips so please consider leaving gratuity if you found your guide helpful.
Are corporate tours available?
Yes. Large corporate tours can be arranged and are conducted mostly on Sunday through Thursday but can be arranged for weekend days. Please contact the tour company for details.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tours which do not make the minimum guests and cancelled by the tour company are refunded in its entirety. Cancellations by guests forfeit the $35 deposit which covers administrative and reservation cost.
