How to Book Your Wine Tour
$165 plus tax
Step 1: Pick a Day
Choose what day you want to go on your wine tour!
Step 2: Pick a Time
Saturday tours happen first:
- Saturday 11am to 4pm - This is our main tour time
- Saturday 5pm to 10pm - This only opens if at least 10 people book the afternoon tour
- Friday tours - These open after Saturday fills up
Tour request for Sunday through Thursday tours can be arranged if the party is 8 or more guests and must be made by phoning the office at 817-313-0245
Step 3: Check the Status of the Tour
🟩 Green
CONFIRMED. Your seating is confirmed for the upcoming tour
🟨 Yellow
PENDING. We require a minimum of 5 guests to conduct a tour. When 5 or more guests book your status will change to Green-confirmed. Your deposit will be returned in its entirety if the tour does not make
⬛ Gray
FULL. This time slot has been completely booked. Please see other time slots for next tour day/time.
Step 4: Fill Out Your Information
- Pay deposit of $35.
- The balance of $130 plus 8.25% sales tax will be charged to your credit card 2 days prior to the tour.
- For tours that do not meet the minimum guests requirement, deposits will be refunded the day of tour.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 5 guests to conduct a tour. If the tour time does not meet the minimal guests requirement, you will be refunded your deposit in its entirety.
Cancellations on behalf of the customer after deposit is made are non-refundable due to administrative cost incurred
